If the review allowed zero or minus FOR "friendships and dating" I would have given it -*****, I went on it with good intent, looked ok to start so foolishly did a 6 month subscription, (Yes sucker springs to mind) I did my profile as one does, and then searched. Portsmouth > 25 miles. 75% of women had no photos, no text or anyhting! 5% had about 3-5 profiles obviously to fill the screen up, many were obviously spammer *&^% hanging out and only offered an email address, only to be deleted a few mins later. The most irritating thing is the constant bombardment of pop ups, everytime to key anything in pops up attack the screen with a vengeance, clearly the site is paid per click! All for other related company "adult specific" sites (thats what they look like) I have only manageD to chat with one in a month and half of trying, I have been blocked by those I wrote to, just asking "if they were willing to have a chat!" which leads me to believe the site doesnt want you chatting to the false profiles!! I have tried several sites in the past, but this has to be the VERY VERY worst of the lot, nothing is easy to do on there, with having to re-input your requirements otherwise you wind up with people from scotland or wales despite putting in >25 miles. Furthermore there is an Army of Grannys pretending to be 50 - 60, I may be a little desperate to meet the one I want to settle daown with, but, I do go to specsavers and can clearly see many of this granny army of wannabe 50 yr olds are 70+ if they are a day. I am cancelling my membership as it is a total and utter rip off with no hope of finding anyone meaningful or with honest profile descriptions. **** STEER CLEAR DONT EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT IT THEY WILL TRY AND SUCK YOU IN WITH OFFERS THAT ARE NON EXISTENT ****

I did not subscribe to this site because it is shockingly obvious this sites only motivation is to get your subscription. I did however file a profile. within minutes I was inundated with messages that I could only read if I subscribed. Most of the so called messages were without photo's, and from all over the country, despite the fact I specifically put in my profile that far off dates were a none starter and I would only reply to profiles with pictures. Obviously friendship and dating send loads of fake messages in order to get you to sign up. Some of the so called messages where from gorgeous women half my age. I should be so lucky. Looking through the profiles, it is obvious that half of them are fake. Don't waist your money on this disreputable site. you would have more chance of meeting a suitable female partner in a men only club.

I joined Friendship and Dating and paid for 1 month membership. Half way through my 1 month membership i had to cancel because the site is beyond a joke. Its full of fake profiles in fact hardly anyone you contact on there is real. Profiles are constantly being withdrawn and re-emerging again with different locations and names. I used the Image Reverse app which always proved. They never reply to any messages when you complain which i did many times. My adice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE its a complete waste of time.
