Being a member of this site have big disappointment for the customer care and website service in general. It takes ages to download your photo, sometimes you can try for two three days in the row to succeed. They do not use any astrology compatibility. Not offering any chat options or any IPhone apps on the go. The site itself looks very outdated and the profiles looks dull. I am also member of the free site POF and getting dates all the time, where from single_solution dating site I never got any dates at all. More over they steal your credits every month if you do not use them. To me it a bunch of people who owns this who don't care anything just how to get profit.

I decided to join AsianSingleSolution.com for just one month to see how it goes. Therefore when I joined I paid for one month premium plus membership rather than 3 months or 6 months etc. As the month came to an end I decided not to renew my membership. However money was taken from my account. When I queried about this i was told that it is in terms and conditions that when I pay I am entering a subscription and they have a non-refund policy. I was livid. I pointed out that the payment page did not state anything about joining up for subscription. The service manager Meera was very rude and condescending. She was going on about how so many people have success stories and just now someone announced their engagement. I don't know what that has got to do with my refund. I repeatedly insisted for my full refund of £32. If I wanted longer membership time I would have gone for the three months deal which is cheaper. I viewed two messages which is inclusive in basic membership but they tried saying that I am using premium membership benefits therefore I cannot get refund so I also had to cease from using the website even as a basic member so they do not use that as an excuse to not give me refund. I have not been given refund and only the option of credit. If I did find a partner and wanted refund, how would credit note help as I will no longer be looking for a partner. They have so many members and make so much money; I am shocked they would be adamant over £32. I would not recommend this site for anyone as it is clearly a money making scam. They were very cunning about putting terms and conditions tab write at the bottom of main page in tiny letters that most people would over look it. This site is intended for professional people therefore we are all busy with our lives. We do not have time to be reading through 50 pages of terms and conditions. We just want to join for the period selected and that’s all. The fact that they have no refund policy is pathetic. What is measly £32 for them? They will only give you credit that you have to use up within 6 months. If this doesn't show that it is money making greedy scam then I don't know what is. I would suggest that you all go to their competitor’s asiand8online and this time do not give a penny unless you read through their terms and conditions.
