i have emailed twice this week and had no reply at all from admin team. I am confident I cancelled automatic renewal but have just discovered I have paid monthly subscriptions for 6 months when I haven't used site for 5 months as I believed my membership had expired!
I'm a single mum on a low income and I cant afford it.
Why wont the admin team reply to my emails begging them to check when I last used site and refund me for the months after that when they have taken my money?
Incidently, I have just found out same problem with Amazon Prime. I had a reply the same day and a full refund as they could see I had never used it.
Please be very careful on this site as you may find yourself unable to get any contact from admin team and be very out of pocket.
It's not fair.
