Complete Rip-Off

It's totally frustrating and impossible to navigate. You just sit and wait and there's no easy way of interacting with people on the site or choosing someone suitable. Like an idiot I joined for 2 years. I managed to turn off the auto renewal, after which I kept getting messages saying my membership was about to expire despite having 1 yr 9 months left. Finding contact details for admin is almost impossible. When I spoke to someone on the phone she laughed at me and when I said what was she laughing about she said a colleague had made her laugh. When I tried to contact them by chat I asked for an email address but was given an address which wouldn't work. I eventually got a different email address by phoning a different number but when I emailed it was impossible to get any sense out of them. When I asked whether I couid cancel my account I was told no it was outside their terms of use. I dread any kind of future dealings with them, because although I turned off the auto renewal I have no idea until 2018 whether this is actually going to work. I'm worried that I may have to cancel my credit card and get a new one. The so called matches are about 95% unsuitable. I asked for people close by and they send me matches in the other side of the country. I tried to edit my profile but nothing worked. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They hide behind a cloak of anonymity and completely inept, unprofessional staff. They do nothing except take your money. Beware! I do not recommend them, they are an absolute disgrace, and once they have your money couldn't care less.
