Stole my money and dont even have a phone number to call to sort it out and never reply to emails.

Terrible service so far. Ordered plastering beads, 8-10 days delivery, past this now and zero replies from company. It only takes a couple of minutes to reply to an email. You were quick enough to take my money.

I ordered a velux window 3 wks ago but it's still not arrived I've contacted the company several times and still no response and no dispatch confirmation. Phones aren't being manned.. So it's a complete balls up. Thanks for taking my money and not supplying me with the goods and being of no support to me. AVOID!!!

Placed order 6th July.

Have written 3 times to the company asking for details of delivery.

3 times they have failed to respond.

Strange times we live in and I've been been patient with a lot of online orders from other companies...they at least keep the customer informed.

As the review title suggests I am open to changing my opinion of less2build, but they're doing a good job at making it difficult for me to do so.

Ordered on the Wednesday and delivered on a Friday, was really pleased until I inspected the delivery.

The posts I ordered had massive splits in them and I have been trying to get in contact for a week now and no one has been bothered to get back in contact with me.

Sent several emails and no answer.

I hope someone reads this and finally has the decency to get in contact.

Excellent service. Great price and free delivery. What more could one ask for. Delivery driver very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend. Notified the day before about delivery by both text and email. Cannot fault in any way.

I ordered 2 cavity wall lintels, as less2build were significantly cheaper.

I was fully aware of the lead time involved in receiving lintels as it was stated in the website. I did contact the customer service number to change the sizing of 1 lintel and was advised of the restocking charge as they are ordered in direct from the manufacturer, I have no issue with this, it's quite normal with builders merchants, I decided to keep the original size.

Alongside the lintels I ordered a few consumables and heavy duty wall straps, all together I have saved over £50.

If you accept the time scale involved when requiring lintels, then less2build are a good merchant.

If you require lintels next day, then local merchants would be the only way. Forward planning is the key. The consumables, ie. DPC, resin fix, cavity closers, wall straps, masonry screws are half price of the next cheapest merchant, in my case, this is normally Toolstation.

Delivery driver was a decent, polite man, who had done over 2 hour drive to get to me.

Top job, would use again if I have a big enough order.

This is my 2nd time using this company. Great service, really helpful staff, both in office and delivery and a really competitive price. Would recommend them and use them again.
