Ordered a lot of items for my new bathroom. The sink was supplied with the wrong template so my sink cupboard is now unusable the sink has a depression infront of plug hole so therefore the sink never empties. The shower mixer tap leaks when closed and restricts flow when fully open. I have tried so many times to talk to anyone at Victorian Plumbing but the best i have managed is to get emails telling me that all the products are good and it is my fault that things are wrong. Personally and I must say I have no proof of this i think that they are supplying products supplied to them as seconds by the manufactures. If Victorian Plumbing would put some effort into helping their customers things could be so much better, as it is the new bathroom I have been looking forward to has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be able to use it without thinking of all the trouble involved.
