I completely agree with all the "Terrible" reviews about this company. They will take your money, not send your items and then refuse to give you a refund by claiming they have just taken over the company and are not responsible for previous orders.

“Avoid!”

Untrustworthy, unreliable, unacceptable and rude customer services. Selling out of stock products where they only inform you after you have paid and do not refund. Customer service advisors telling stories each time you call. When trying to email them, they lie again and then blocked my email address. Unbelievable! Reported the Trading Standards.

“Avoid”

Avoid this company like the plague. They have reviews like this across the internet. I ordered items mid-September. 10 days later I rang to see why I'd had no despatch confirmation only to be told goods were "out of stock". I cancelled my order right then but didn't see a refund so after a couple of weeks I rang and was told " that it hadn't been processed properly" but it'd be done straight away. Fast forward another week and still no refund so I called again and was fobbed off with the same excuse and promise. After nearly 2 months I've still had no refund and my bank is on the case with Trading Standards and Merseyside Police also aware.

“Shockingly bad !”

I don't think this is a real company , eight attempts to get a refund over four weeks . The managers openly lied when saying they were processing a refund . On the eighth attempt while threatening to contact trading standards I finally got a world pay refund confirmation email . I sincerely hope this is the end of this fiasco, 16 years of online shopping and I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had , and I've dealt with the Chinese as well !

“The worst customer service I have ever experienced!”

After I had placed an order I found out a week later when I emailed the company the the items were not in stock. They had of course charged my credit card when I placed the order. I cancelled my ord er and asked for a refund. The company confirmed that a refund had been made the same day. Not surprisingly it never showed up. I questioned this a number of times over the next month and was told more than once that it had been made when it hadn’t. Only when I threatened court action did I receive my refund! Disgraceful conduct! Luckily for all of us there are many professional companies out there that sell these type of products. I will never use this company again!

“Item wasn't even in stock ”

Ordered a new blade for my saw for work , waited 3 days then the day after it was due I get an email saying items out of stock . Not impressed as I really needed it for work ended up loosing money . So use at your own risk .

“Do Not Use”

Order placed on 16th Feb 2017 Chased on 23rd Feb told order would be with us in 7/10 days Chased on 7th March told would arrive next week Chased 16th March, again told next week Chased 4th April, said unless received this week would request refund. They said would give refund on 5th April 2017, Credit note received. To date, this being 30th May, no refund received. Now in hands of credit card company. Would never deal with them again.

made order 14th of april now 5th of may still no delivery, phoned them last week to find out not in stock was told be with me in 3 days. 9 days later still waiting what a joke no communication no email nothing atall, untill 3rd of may got email to tell me arriving on friday 5t oops not here never again would rather pay doubble. “not a company to do business with!”

Ordered baypole screws expecting delivery in the stated time frame then came across the review sites and to say Iwas gobsmacked was an understatement, I could not believe all the negative feedback so I phoned the company up to enquire what was happening with my order as it has not been delivered and no communication from them. Lo and behold was told it was out of stock and would not be in till next week even though it is still on the web as being in stock. I was asked if I had been informed of this and no I had not so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund so will see how long it takes them. Ipaid via Paypal so will have recourse through them. Reading all feedback it seems that "It's not in stock" is their favourite excuse. So as another dissapointed customer I will join the throng and say Do not use this company as you will be one of us.

“Worse than Terrible...Avoid...dont give them your money!!!”

Ordered items from them last Autumn and waited, and waited. Rang them 2 weeks later to see where my order was, told none of what I wanted was in stock. Well thanks for letting me know! I asked for a refund and was told it would be done that day. Fast forward six months and I placed another order with this same company. I must add that I deal with lots of suppliers online and I had forgotten the bad service received by these jokers. Again waited and then contacted them to be told, surprise, surprise, no items in stock. I demanded a full refund which they said would be done straight away. Two days later and no refund. Then the penny dropped and I remembered my previous experience with this company. I looked back through my records and found no trace of a refund. I confronted them threatening legal action and trading standards to be told that my Autumn refund hadn't been processed "properly". Or they just kept it more like! They refunded both amounts instantly. If you are owed money by these lot let Trading Standards know......I can't believe they can operate in this manner and get away with it. Outrageous.

After placeing my order online before reading any reviews i was told i would be emailed when it was dispatched. Over 2week later i had heard or recievd nothing off tool and fix so emailed them,after reading meny reviews there reply was what seems to be the standard "not in stock" email back.waited another week and still nothing,so contacted paypal and got my money back.please do not use this company nearly every review ive read have had a similar experience too me and some are still trying to get there money back months down the line.1 star is 1 too meny.

“Avoid this website”

Avoid this company at all costs. Placed an order for £60. Never received any updates or my purchase during the promised 1-3 working day time frame. Contacted them through email, received a response that my item is out of stock and I will receive it in the next 10-14 days. A week has passed and I've decided to do some investigating. Turns out the company has just a little over one star rating in most of the review websites. A lot of the people are directly quoting the emails I've received. It also seems that getting the money back is extremely difficult. Further googling has shown that the product I've bought has been discontinued so their promised to post it after they receive more stock are invalid too. All in all should've read the reviews before purchasing. Never buy anything from this company.

I ordered 4x polo shirts and a pair safety boots off this company on the 10th June and today the 18th August I am still waiting for them. When I ordered them on the website it said that they was in stock. But no they was not! Everytime I called them all I got is one story after another. So I cancelled the order today. Never will I use this company again. Don't use them. Be warned!!!

“Rogue Trader - Order at your peril”

I ordered and paid in full by credit card for items online, stated as 'In Stock' with delivery in 3-5 working days. 12 days later, still no delivery so I telephoned the company to be told they didn't have the items in stock and we're still waiting for delivery from their supplier. So, they'd lied on delivery date to get orders. I'd checked and found the same items in stock elsewhere so cancelled the order immediately on hearing this. They confirmed they had refunded my payment, even sent me an e-mail confirmation. 3 weeks later, checking my credit card statement, I saw I'd never had the sum refunded, e-mailed Tool and Fix but received no reply. I called them again just now, they say it seems the refund "didn't go through properly" ... they didn't sound convincing. Had I not have checked and chased them, they would have kept the money. I now also have a month of interest to pay on the sum, which Tool & Fix refuse to cover. I still have no proof of the refund and will have to check. Don't touch this company, they have no pride in themselves, no customer service, no interest in anything other than taking your money and holding onto it!

“Shocking Service”

We ordered a metal scanner/detector which after a few days they informed us was not in stock and they didn't know when it would be. So we cancelled the order. This was Nov 2015 and we are still waiting for our money to be credited back in June 2016.This after many many phone calls.

“Failed to deliver ”

I ordered some timber screws from this company who failed to deliver ,after placing my order I waited a cpl of days and they never arrived I contacted customer services to be told that they had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days guess what they never arrived contacted customer services again to be told there was no stock they had never even been sent so I asked for my money back they said they would credit my account in 48 hours waited three days nothing contacted again promised I would get a refund still nothing after three days ,I have reported them to trading standards and to watchdog .
