We paid in full for some loft insulation and a ladder. Unfortunately the insulation did not arrive as per the order, we sourced the products elsewhere and then made contact with HomeBase to request a refund / credit note, after being told a credit note would be put in the post we left the issue alone. After two years and numerous calls the credit note never arrived. Homebase state we have to take legal action to recoup outlay. Top it off with staff member calling us "Shady", Suing for defamation of character too. Court papers are in. We'll report back with outcome.
