We spent £2500 with them. The store service was fine with lovely diagrams and sketches. Them it ALL WENT WRONG. The items arrived but we opened them AFTER SOME SCURRILOUS 7 DAY RULE THAT THEY HAVE ONLY TO FIND THAT SOME ITEMS WERE DAMAGED AND THE 2 BATH PANELS DIDN'T FIT. WE RANG THEM UP TO COMPLAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT AS WE OPENED THEM UP AFTER 7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE IT WAS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I'M SO SHOCKED AND UPSET.....WE JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR "VALUED CUSTOMERS" I WOULD LOVE YOUR CEO TO COME ON AND EXPLAIN HOW AND WHY YOU DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS!!! People need to know own how POOR YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS.......so should the PRESS
