Ordered a new kitchen from B&Q and paid for fitting.

When the work was due to start the fitting company sent over a plasterer and electrician as they decided they wanted to!

Fitter finally turns up at lunch time 2 days later to start the work. We were promised the works would be completed by Friday, it's now Tuesday and the work is not done. Still waiting to find out when they will return to complete the work.

Complete shambles. If you were thinking of using B&Q for a new kitchen I'd advise you to change your mind and go somewhere else.
