I live near this branch of B&Q and use it regularly, there is almost always a queue of people waiting to be served while most of the tills go unstaffed.
last week I was in a queue of 7 people with only one staff person serving and he left us there to go and attend to someone that just arrived at the click and collect counter, while three members of staff were standing chatting at the end of the aisle. same thing again today , this time four members of staff chatting while one person struggles to serve and keeping the customers waiting. the manager should be sacked and replaced.
