I saw the prices of tiles which seemed very good. I ordered a box too see the colour and I liked them so orderd another 15 boxes. I then started tiling and realised 12 out the 20 tiles were broken. I phoned 6 times in 8 days and was constantly told someone would ring me to sort it out. No one did. No apology. Mo one seemed to care. I then cancelled all the boxes as a result which they then delivered as they have no idea what's going on. They couldn't even get the refund right so I have had to contact them again. What a joke.
