When a customer asked vanquis bank to closed our account down they should do it straight away they failed to obey the customer three times to closed it.
I get ingored with them after they did not closed it down I going to present my case to vanquis action team and also the FSO.
They also going to get charges from me used of the telephone calls charges against them
Please do not used vanquis bank

It's no wonder there is a delay with the FSO because stupid people like you complain for no reason. So vanquis won't close your account big deal,after 6 Months it's closed automatically

After six months closed automatically. Such rubbish. You make the rules up as you go along, or perhaps it's THE SYSTEM!
Hadn't used my card in two years. Applied for a new one and had to go through usual address, security etc., got a new card delivered fairly quickly but because I didn't use the card in six weeks THEY decided to cancel it [or perhaps it was THE SYSTEM]. Pathetic explanation, just glad I got a free phone number for these ......
