This card is good value if you use it abroad but is a nightmare to manage. When I came back from my trip abroad I wanted to reconcile the till receipts against the credit card records but this turned out to be enormously time consuming.
Firstly, the website does not even show the amount of the transaction in the original currency (e.g. Euros) making it very difficult to match up transactions. Unlike other card companies' websites, there is no click-through to find extra details on a transaction (e.g. the type of merchant).
Worst of all, the website is unable to show all the transactions from the previous statement! So you have to wait for your paper statement to arrive after all. How primitive is that?
I spoke to customer service and they didn't seem to think this was a problem.
Well it is.

The website is indeed poor. I am trying to cancel a transaction at 12.30 am and there is no service till the morning. It is only lost and found that operates 24 hours
