I overpaid my account and asked for a account reversal. The amount showed upon my statement but not in my bank account.
Now 6 weeks later, countless calls, 4 letters and still fruitless.
Customer service just pass you around and around but nobody can answer the question of where my money is.
Despite marbles assurances and promises, nobody has actually rang me back on any occasion.
As soon as I get my money back I will close my account with them. Their attitude stinks and it is you as a customer who has to do all the work.
Don't try contacting the owners either as they are even worse to deal with.
