I have had this card for over 5 years and not had 1 problem until I came to pay via the phone in August and the automated sevrice would not give me an authorisation code and transferred me to a call centre not in the UK at a guess. The person then looked at my account and told me I had made 2 payments simulantenously!!!and told me I could not ask for a refund for 24 hours, I then rang a day later and was promised it but it still hasn't appeared.Not Happy and would not recommend phone auto payment.
