Siging up was no hassle, but i decided to have a look again after about 1 year of lasting checking my report and i can now no longer access it. I can get into the website no problem but Noddle say i had to contact them as they had a problem. So i did. To say that the emailing process between us in long and laborious is an understatemnt. They take days to reply and when they do they say it's not their problem and they can see the report their end (well yes you can as you're accessing the report from the same intranet).
Now they say the problems fixed and its not!!! What i want to know is how they can offer this service when its so shoddy. Someone should be looking into this company.
If they cant retrieve peoples details for them to view yet they can, what other information is getting lost in cyber space???
Would not reccommend. IN FACT I WOULD RATHER PAY SO YOU CAN EXPECT A DECENT SERVICE

I have had the same problem, except that they didn't even bother to reply to my e-m telling them about it. Useless.

Try using a different browser. Internet Explorer vs firefox. Chrome.
