They do not show your credit report have problems logging in can't reset password and take your money do not use!

I have used the others in the past, Experian etc but went for the month's trial with CMF and was so impressed with the wealth of information they provided I am now a monthly subscriber. I am looking to apply for a mortgage in the not too distant future and I feel this site will be invaluable to me in achieving this. Times are hard obtaining credit in the current environment and this site is your ally in getting the help you need. For me - thoroughly recommended.

I first used CMF in June 2013 by taking advantage of their free 30-day trial and was surprised by the comprehensive nature of the reports. However, I did not want to subscribe on a regular basis and so I cancelled before the trial period ended, fully expecting to have to argue with them. Not so, I received an auto-answer to my secure message confirming cancellation and that no payment would be taken. In May 2014, I asked for another report by activating my 'dormant' membership and paying the monthly subscription, and once again I cancelled before the end of the month. Once again, the auto-acknowledgement came with the same assurances as before. I have repeated this process this year in April 2015. It is important to me to have a once-yearly 'snapshot' of my credit files and this is precisely what I get from CMF without any hard sell or hassle. Their reports are comprehensive and grouped under headings on the Home page. If I hover over any item, a pop-up box gives me an explanation of the item. I could not ask for a better service.

This is a fantastic site, offering an excellent service. It is super easy to understand and everything is clear and concise. I highly recommend this to my friends and family and indeed anyone wanting to check their credit file. There is nothing about this site that I dislike. It is professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot fault it at all.

CheckMyFile is easy to use, provides comprehensive information on your credit repot, and has a very easy to understand user-friendly website. Can't recommended highly enough, was a real lifesaver for a quick check on our files before submitting our mortage application!

Ive used experian and others , but switched to check my file over a year ago - love the facility to suspend membership and do it all through website rather than having to call to cancel etc. So thankful it sends reminders to log back in - as a problem had arisen due to my address being named differently on electoral role versus every other company. The team answered all of my questions and were very supportive of my situation. They checked issue out, explained why there was an issue and more importantly provided detailed steps to resolve the issue . Cant thank them enough my issue is now well on the way to being corrected within 2 weeks. Quick, effective and supportive service. Would highly recommend them

Hi, i have been with Equifax, Experian and decided to joing Check My File. Checkmyfile is much better than the other two, it holds more detailed information, it even shows you which accounts appear on the other two agencies. i joined up in about ten minitues and all of my information came through with no issues, everything was up to date, even a credit card that i had opened around 2 weeks ago. with experian, when you wanted to cancel you had to telephone a customer serivce number, and when you wanted to cancel, the person on the telephone would ask you why you were cancelling, and try and reduce your monthly charges from £15 a month to £9.99 a month. the same with equifax, it was a hassle to cancel with them, i cant remember their charges though. with checkmyfile, i opened the account and seen everything was up to date and i was happy with it, i then wanted to cancel (becuase im not thinking of taking out anymore credit in the near future, but when i do go for a mortgage i will most definelty be using this agency)i used the websites secure messaging system and messaged them asking to cancel, they personally wrote back to me thanking me for using theyre service and for the kind words id left them etc... it was not a robot auto response but from a human, which was really good in my opinion. the monthly fee with check my file is £7.99 as apposed to £14.99 with experian, half the money for twice as much information is a no brainer. very happy with them.

Used check my file as I was getting declined for loans/credit cards and wasn't sure why as my credit history should of been good, never missed any payments or defaulted. Really easy to sign up with them and very cheap monthly subscription compared to the other credit ref agencies, and you get to see what is being reported to all 3 major agencies rather than just the one! Discovered that not all of my credit agreements were being reported on a monthly basis as they should be, meaning my credit score was being affected in a negative way as this made it look as though I had no credit history at all!! Contacted check my file through their on-line messaging service and received an immediate response from them advising on what to do and that they would also contact the agencies themselves to see what was happening. All sorted within a matter of 2 weeks, excellent and speedy service and such nice people to deal with. Can't praise them enough really helped me out with regards to my loan, which I have now managed to get. So pleased I have kept my subscription 3 months later just to keep an eye on what is happening to my report each month. Definitely recommend to all. Thanks checkmyfile.

I used checkmyfile as thought someone had gained access to my identity. A quick sign up with the site and found out they had. I spoke to checkmyfile and they were really helpful and guided me through the process. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to friends.

I wanted to check my credit status as I was worried about things and from this company's report I got to know everything I needed. Their report covered the three main agencies in one report! The report was really good value, very comprehensive and covered everything including the rating the lenders see versus the rating that other people see. I also appreciated that they had an easy cancellation policy too - no sweat, just a matter of sending a form from their website. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. In my opinion they are the best out there.

This site was recommended to me by a financial advisor, while sorting out a new mortgage. I was under the impression that my credit rating was below average, which would affect my borrowing power. I signed up for their 30 day trial, and managed to log in easily, after going through appropriate proof of who you are sections. Once logged in, I was able to see my credit rating at a glance, and it proved to be 'excellent' which was encouraging, and greatly aided me getting a new mortgage, with higher borrowing. The site is easy to understand, and the details of current and past transactions were accurately represented. Although I only used the service for the free trial, I greatly appreciate the quality of information that I was shown, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Mr Smith

Excellent and easy to use webpage to keep your credit report up to date. Highly recommend to anyone as they are very helpful when needed with fast replies. And about half the price of experian report after 30 day free trial. Thank you John evans

I did registered with the others but what a nightmare, they charge extra for this and that and to cancel with them it's a real nightmare trying to stop subscription. Check my file is by far superior, you can view everything you need to really easy site and well laid out. If you need to cancel you can do this straight away and to re-activate it's very quick..helped me loads with understanding my credit and the questions I've sent messages for have been answered quickly and professionally. I did have a break for a few months but I'm back for good now!

I have had my account debited for fees and I have not received any information I feel this may be a a fraudulent company.
