I've been ordering my contacts for more than a year by vision direct. Always fast service with no problems. I've ordered specifically the following Soflens 59 Contact Lenses which are advertised on the web as monthly disposals. After 2-3 weeks my eyes were very irritating. So, I had a search and also an advice from my optician and I found out that the box (light blue) is actually a 2 weeks one. The same excact box in dark blue is the monthly one. I spoke online with direct vision's customer service and the woman insisted that they are the same and they can be weard on as monthly ones. All I asked her was to put on the web site a detailed description, showing that this is a 2 weeks pack, so that people can make the right choice. Well, ath the end I had to leave the conversation as there was no point to continue arguing for an obvious matter. Customer service is to support & comfort your client not to insist that clients are wrong.
