“Bad customer service”

I ordered 4 pairs so far. One pair didn't stay on my eye, another ripped and the other 2 took 2 weeks to ship. I contacted the company and they responded hours later and didn't help at all. I didn't have them for my party and all they said they'd do i send me a refund if i send back my contacts, but that wa for the late shipping ones. I don't recommend this company if you need contacts soon that will last. They are however good for a month or so after that they get scratches and might tear. And all the pair i ordered were supposed to be good for a year.
