I enjoyed so many shows and events over there that I could be here writing all day.

This ordeal started in December 2013, when my daughter bought tickets for a soccer match in Liverpool, these tickets were a surprise for her boyfriend's birthday, as they live in Australia, the tickets were to be dropped at a post office in London and they would pick them up when they arrived in London on the first leg of there 7 week Europe tour. She picked up the tickets,she thought they were a bit odd as they were only members cards with handwritten instructions on back. But she thought it would be ok,boy was she wrong after a three hour train ride to Liverpool last Sunday May 11th 2014, they arrived at the stadium all excited for a once in a life time experience only to be told there tickets were not valid. Thankfully one card did scan and she was given a print out of what the issue was. So not only did they not see the game they had another 3 hour trip back to London.

Anyway she then contacted me and I contacted ticketbis on her behalf, they asked for the reference number and i explained the situation and they said they would look into it.

While we were waiting for a response I read some of the reviews some people had left, and these made me feel nervous as most of them were full of negative comments and refunds were vary rarely issued.

Well all I can say is ticket bis thankyou even though my daughter didn't see the game and it was very upsetting a full refund was given and in her account within 5 days of making contact.

This result is the only reason I gave them 4 stars,I think there needs to be some sort of checking system to make sure tickets are legit before transaction takes place other wise this sort of thing will keep happening.

In response to not being able to contact ticket bis or them returning emails I had no issue in regards to this I was able to speak to a person immediately, and emails were responded to very promptly.

I probably wouldn't buy tickets from ticket bis my self as I don't think I could handle the stress about whether tickets are legit, and when you are looking forward to an event you don't need a letdown like that.

Any way thanks again your customer service excelled and deserves some recognition..

STEREPHONICS CONCERT DECEMBER 2008 - QUITE LATE FOR A REVIEW, BUT JUST HEARD MORRISEY WALKED OFF STAGE AFTER HAVING A BOTTLE OF BEER THROWN AT HIM! THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MYSELF AND HUSBAND, BUT THE BOTTLE WASN'T FULL OF BEER - HOW ABOUT URINE!!! DISGUSTING OR WHAT. I HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY CONCERTS THROUGH THE 80'S TO PRESENT DATE, SMALL TO LARGE VENUES AND

HAVE NEVER HAD URINE THROWN OVER ME. IT WAS A SHAME BECAUSE THE STEROPHONICS WERE AMAZING, BUT THE INCIDENT JUST MARRED THE NIGHT AND MY HUSBAND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE VENUE. DEAR, ECHO ARENA, TIGHTEN YOUR SECURITY AND STOP THE BOOZE GOING INTO THE CONCERT. TAKE A LEAF OUT OF THE ROYAL COURT, LIVERPOOL.
