had a storage problem on a Dell laptop, which i couldn't solve. Fixed by the guys at Diamond in one day and at a very reasonable cost. have taken stuff to them a few times now...always great service.

they staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was prompt and delivered on the estimated date. very happy all round

Over the past few years I've taken a few computers to Diamond with various problems..

They've fixed a video error in an old PC and didn't charge as it was just a matter of reseating the card.

They tried to fix the keyboard on a MacBook that had been ruined by a sucky drink being split. Couldn't fix it but they didn't charge.

They replaced the hard disk in an old iMac 4 years ago for a very reasonable fee.

When that iMac died last week when the power supply failed they they investigated but couldn't repair it as the board was also damaged. They took out the hard disk and put it in a new enclosure, once again for a very reasonable fee.

I'd recommended them to anyone. Excellent service and very reasonable (or did I already say that?)

Had used Diamond a number of times before, so took in to check it out. Found there was a problem with Hard drive. They fitted a new one, and managed. to retrieve all necessary files. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and turnaround quick.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a cracked screen on my laptop. The guys at Diamond fixed the problem the same day for me which was a relief as I needed a fast turnaround. Price was reasonable and will definitely use again.
