Hi, I ordered a JBL Radial and during the delivery Royal Mail lost the item and had to fill a claim, and HomeAVdirect have said that this could take up to 1 month to get this resolved and as a gesture of good will, HomeAVdirect send me a replacement product that i received after 2-3 days.
I am extremely grateful to HomeAVdirect and Support Team for their continued care and concern for the good of customers. Thank you again!
