Was told an engineer will be over by 1pm, he ended up turning up at six pm (spent half an hour on the phone explaining which train he should use to get to us although we are based in the city)he didn't have the right part (although its a standard part), said he will be back at 10.15 the next morning & turned up at 11. Paid him cash but explained that as I was paying him the VAT I would need a VAT invoice and worked out the figures for the invoice for him. I was sent an invoice for less then I paid and no mention of VAT, called him again and currently am still waiting for the correct Invoice. The person at the office seemed very professional and offered a ten percent discount on the callout charge but overall was a stressful and frustrating experience. Avoid!

I asked for an invoice on two occasions without success.something fishy going on there
