Ordered a laptop case. Promissed ten day delivery. After three weeks, had to cancel as going abroad. Promissed refund in eight days ... Eventually arrived three MONTHS later. They never answer e-mails. Customer service ... don't think they've ever heard of that. F****DUp should be what they are known as Steer well clear!

This company has taken my money, failed to deliver my goods, failed to provide a refund, failed to answers the phone and failed to reply to Email. seeking a refund through my credit card company. Companies this bad are thankfully very rare online

Avoid this site like the plague,does not answer calls redirects you to send email then says does not accept emails still waiting for item promised 5-10!!!!

So the 28 day delivery deadline is past you ask for refund and three days later the item appears, I do not think they have half the items in stock, once you pay they order the goods hence the 28 Day delivery time, 2nd class 8 days max for delivery if item in stock.

Went for the cheapest overall, although the postage cost was the dearest, never received goods after three weeks, emailed no reply, telephoned only to be told by a recorded message that the mail box was full. I suspect this is a company about to go bust... STAY WELL AWAY

I ordered an SLR and spent £450, it said it would come in 5-10 days. After 2 weeks I emailed them, and got no response. I emailed them again with no response. I then called them and it rang out, saying at the end 'we do not have enough messages for you to record a message' (obviously their voice mail is full with complaints). It has now been a month and I have not received my camera, or had any word from them and have had to contact my bank about getting my money back. How is this company allowed to be in business? I wish I had read the reviews before I went for the cheapest option. THIS WEBSITE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IT IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT!!

I ordered an Asus Sabertooth Motherboard z77, the company charged my Visa card and failed to send out the goods, repeated attempts to contact the company resulted in no action being taken to dispatch the goods or credit my account. Reported them to my Visa company and let them take up the matter. *************************************************** ****** Do not buy anything from this company ******

My order from Jamdup did not arrive - I tried ringing them - not a chance nobody answers and the voice mail is full and now they are redesigning their contact web site. Their helpful message says complete an eticket on my account - can i find a link - no chance Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole they are useless.

Don't use this company, despite ordering in November and exchanging emails I did not receive the childs Christmas gift. I have asked for a refund but so far have been ignored. Google search this company and find a discussion forum that lets you se how unreliable they are.

Placed a £700 order. They took the money and then might as well have vanished off the face of the Earth. Don’t bother dialling their telephone number, you rack up a phone bill (03 numbers a normally chargeable) and they don’t answer. Sent a final email to them informing them that the order was now cancelled and any attempt to deliver the product anytime in the future would be rejected. Spoke to my bank and they’re happy to refund my money on the basis of no goods rec’d. Now off to Trading Standards and might even drop Watchdog a line. Just for a bit of Christmas sport :o)

I followed a Google link to jamdup.com that stated clearly 'free delivery' and purchased ink for the latest Epson XP printer. A day or two later jamdup.com emailed me demanding nearly £3 p&p so I cancelled the order. Although jampdup.com agreed to refund me, they did not actually do it, forcing me to make a complaint to my credit card provider, and cancel the credit card as I would not trust jamdup.com to walk my dog, let alone with my credit card details. A really bad 'company' bar none and best avoided.

Goodness only knows who it is that leaves 5* ratings for these people - unless they're doing it themselves. The communication is terrible, the website is woeful, getting hold of them on the phone is a waste of time, you won't get your goods, and if you ask for a refund? Forget it. Take my advice - go elsewhere, someone you can trust. These people may be cheaper but the time and money you'll spend on chasing them up will far outweigh any savings you might make.

Should have read these reviews before I put an order through for a couple of antennas. I requested the free delivery which stated that i would receive the items within 28 days. On the 28th day I got an email saying my order has been shipped - no tracking info or estimated delivery date. A week later and still nothing, so I called up, got a quick answer surprisingly. The guy seemed polite and told me he'd call back with some info, and that he did. Told me the items were shipped out already and if it doesnt arrive within 2 days, he had already ordered 2 more just in case, and would send them out for me next day courier... Another week goes by and still nothing so I call up and get another quick answer. Apparently only 1 of the antennas was in stock and they didnt want to send out only half the order...told me that they will send out next day courier once the second one arrives.... Another week has gone by and UNsurprisingly still nothing. Now the line has gone cold and all I get is an answerphone message telling me to call back later. Fed up, time-wasted, Chargeback requested. STAY AWAY FROM JAMDUP.COM!

I ordered a laptop battery on the 26th October and paid for the next day delivery. The card was charged immediately. The item never arrived. I could not reach anyone by phone. The answering machine just asks to call later. They replied 2 times by email. First, to let me know that they were expecting the item to get delivered from Denmark. Next time mentioned that it was dispatched. As nothing was delivered, I kept asking. I managed to contact them via Facebook, but again they lied that the item was delivered and even signed for. When I asked to provide a confirmation and evidence of that delivery, they disappeared again. I have not received any response on my request of a full refund. Just don't know what to do and how to get my money back. It is so frustrating!

Ordered a product. Was told couple days. 25 days since order and charged, still no product. No phone customer service - perpetual recorded message. Now no response to emails either. Will be calling better business bureau about this company.

I ordered a wireless repeater - WFREPEAT300N from them and after several days - my item did not arrive, so I phoned the support number. I must say - I was very lucky that someone picked up the phone! I explained the situation and my item had ended up in scotland when I live in warwickshire. They arranged for next day delivery and I got the unit. My customer needed another unit to be installed, so I ordered another one and paying £10.95 for next day delivery. It arrived, but it failed to power up. So Immediately I emailed them, because they will just not pick up the phone!!! Its over a week, and no response from them whatso ever! I have given up! What do you tell your customers when companies like this let you down? I have now return to startech for a full refund - see what response I get from them. I will never buy anything from this company again and none of my friends will either. One very unhappy person - me!

Ordered around £300 worth of items for next day delivery from them and money was taken immediately. Nothing turned up, and no response at all from customer services by email, can't get through on phone - the automated system just throws you out after a couple of minutes. At this point I don't know if it's a scan or just shocking customer service and frankly I don't care. I have emailed to cancel the order and will be performing a chargeback on my card if they don't process this. I shall also be informing trading standards and the police online fraud website.
