now have to agree .. have been with the site since opening ... the last few months have never seen anything as bad on the site sure has put me off playing there again ..1 rule is you are only allowed to win 3 media games on one day yet hosts have chosen so called random players 5 times in a row these are the same players chat host have on their facebook accounts and meet up with and these are the same names you see winning wether is on slots or the bingo ..you no longer get a game for your funds its gone within less than 3 mins ..if you try to tell the host your having an issue you are told to shut up and are muted from the chat ..i can only guess but i dont think they want to allow the newbies to see how bad is ...but what site fails to see is they are not new players .. is old players creating new accounts to get on the promos as there is no promos for the old loyal players and the promos they do are unreasonable ..making it impossible fo those that stick to their own rule of not playing more than they can afford to do them ... have seen many times where players say they have spent the rent money or car insurance money in the chat and the hosts just laughs ...yet these same host say they have a responsibility to make sure no one is playing beyond there means ...jackpotjoy is not a fun site to be on anymore ..the site has become greedy and i can promise majority of who will try ..you will win max of between 100 to 500 pound as a new player then after that its loses all the way .. is been almost a year since last won on the site and have spent anything from 10 to 30 pound a week on the site a(and ive still never won anything on the promos) the only time people win on this site is when they have an audit coming up ...and if you delete your account they still keep all your banking/card details the excuse ...for the auditing ...if you have any sense put what ever cash you was going to spend back in your bank and save ...as there is no big winners with any online gambling especially none at jackpotjoy
