Keep these survey people talking

I find the best way to deal with these people is to have a bit if fun with them, keep them talking to prevent some other elderly person being taken along. Confuse them back , twist their words around, if they want to talk about windows -discuss Microsoft, or what you can see in the garden through your windows - get the drift?
Ask them personal questions, get them to spell words and company names several times, if they ask for your name be prepared with a long foreign name , some polish names are really good with a & s's for instance, longer the better as they will ask you how to spell it.just lie about everything and keep asking to repeat everything, keep them on phone for as long as possible -they are paying for the call and you are stopping them from ring someone else.
