Absolutely non stop spam and phone calls at all hours — didn't even understand what I meant by TPS registered phone number ( or simply didn't care about the law)
I asked not to be called each time they called- I've had to change my number

You should blame the company. Who is responsible for your suffering not the people who call you from the offshore call center because the truth is the business has been obtained or given to us from the UK nowhere else and it is them who is making us call you. We are just doing our job and also would like to tell you it is a machine/ dial-er/software designed by them which throws the call at us and a name pops up on the screen and v have to speak to you we do not dial your number manually and break the law so called TPS. Please be kind to us its not our fault blame the company based in UK watford. Thank you. hope u understand.
