trying to cancel my policy after i have sold my vehicle is like trying to get an audience with the queen, it has been two weeks now since i have started emailing them and i have only received automated responses, i refuse to call their premium telephone number and i will continue emailing them while i report them to the financial ombudsman for such appaling service, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
