“Very Poor Customer Service”

Just cannot get any body to call me back. Premium rates for calls and 6 minutes on hold, to call customer services.
Cancelling a policy is just not economic.
Excellent at sales
Appalling at customer service.
You somehow know you're being tricked by premium rate call charges.

They offer cheap rates but just don't deliver aftersales.

Need to change policies to stay in business long term.

I have 8 months left on my £400 Policy and if I cancel you will return me £9.
10p a minute to call customer service and then held for 8 minutes .

No one returns calls from many e mails sent.

This can not be right.

I have already e mailed 'REVIEW@ ' still no response

What do you advise next ?
