Paid in full the annual premium by credit card. They claimed they had no record of this - despite the amount is shown as autonet Insurance on my credit card bill. They have cancelled my insurance so I was unknowingly driving without insurance and have passed my details on to close finance some dodgy finance company who are now trying to send threatening letters and additional charges for the amount I have already paid. I will not be doing business with this company again
