The AA in there great wisdom have decided that vans are nothing like cars so your No Claims Discount can not be transferred back to a car from a van

Who agreed to this and what did they get in return

I agree with the customer service and after care you get is disgusting the AA just push you over to one of there brokers and you can't get any answers tried to renew my insurance they told me they deal a new broker now quote went from £374 to over £800 because they can't find my no claimes and when I call they just keep giving out different Numbers
