Back in the UK after a long break, and looking forward to a Nero - always used to think they were best quality of all the chains. I bought my usual black coffee in the kiosk in Liverpool Lime Street.
I couldn't try it until I boarded the train; it was so weak it was barely recognisable as coffee. What a shame their quality has slipped so much; I don't mind paying £2 for a good coffee, but surely they don't need to skimp on the amount of coffee to this extent?
