Poor Staffing & Badly Trained

My husband and I regularly use the new coffee shop in Witney, Oxfordshire,
but the staffing at lunchtimes is appalling, so slow and 1 assistant doing all the work which means the table clearing goes out of the window although having said that, it is like that during the day. When the tables are cleared, hygiene !! they don't know the meaning of it, the tables are never wiped down properly,disgusting. Needs a good shake up. Also people that go in to use their laptops sit there for hours with 1 cup of coffee, they should be moved on as they are taking up space for people who would like lunch. We won't return to the Witney branch.
