This looks a great idea - an automatic machine which works with pods, ESE bags and ground coffee - all in one little machine. Bit of a performance with 3 variations of holder and filter inserts to use - some additionally with filter paper (only 10 included in box and only available by mail order from Dualit) but hey this is a really versatile machine -in principle. But - whilst I had no problems setting up flushing through and making my first coffees using pods, when it came to using grounds it was a different matter - I couldnt get the lid to close. I had been able to close the lid before so I knew the lid did close - I hadnt overfilled the container, so I rechecked instructions and troubleshooting guide but to no avail, so with much regret this little machine will be winging its way back to the store as I continue my search for an automatic mess free coffee maker. Its a very new product - so perhaps give it a few months for Dualit to sort teething problems out b4 you buy.
