Terrible, terrible customer service. I have never seen a smile on any of the employees and no one was willing to help when I needed an exchange for jeans that had ripped at the same exact spot. All in all, 5 of my pairs of jeans ripped beside the rear pocket after 2-3 months. Horrible quality. I would only buy things that I intend to wear once or twice, not basic pieces. Jeans should last more than 2 or 3 months.
