“Poor Returns Policy”

Bought a dress on-line from Tesco and tried it on when it arrived to find it was too small. On the reverse of the order it said that I could take it to the store for refund. I thought that this would give me the opportunity to try a bigger size so chose to make a trip out to the large store to do this. At the store they did not have the dress, and they refused to give me a refund despite having both a clothing department and a Tesco Direct desk!
Needless to say I was not happy and will not be using Tesco on-line again!
