I recently bought some dresses online and requested to deliver to a friend's new born in the US. According to order confirmation, it will be sent by Fedex and delivered within 7 days. However, it was sent by an unknown courier and not delivered after 3 weeks. I emailed twice, no reply; called twice, end up told it got lost. They can refund, or resend the parcel, but can not guarantee it will not get lost again!! (The lady on the phone was not friendly or helpful) I requested refund, but very disappointed as I missed the best time to say "congratulations' to my best friend.
