As you can't try clothes on due to covid and the changing rooms being closed, I am getting fed up with the variation in sizing- one thing fit fine in the same size is too tight. I bought 2 dresses and had to take them both back as the way that they were sew was poor, the seems were stiched wrong so the fit wasn't straight quality is very hit and miss and the prices are increasing

I like Primark. I do most of my clothes shopping there because is cheap, but recently I went on to the website to do some online shopping. It was terrible it was really hard to use and there was hardly any information, all I wanted to do was get some shopping for the summer and the worst part was there was no clothes at all just a few tops. I was appalled and I hope they can improve there website soon because it would really be helpful.

I hadn't been to Primark in a long time. I needed to buy some new work clothes and discovered that Primark is getting more expensive. There were less options for workwear and hardly any clothes on the rack in the late morning. I could easily spend less than £100 for a few items for work a year ago, the prices have gone up today so less items for £100. The staff I encountered were young, chatting among themselves and uninterested in offering decent customer service. No smile, talking to each other while bagging my purchase, shoving my clothes in a bag (they did not fold it) and then they guy who served me did not say thank you.

Primark is an amazing store and I always go to Primark whenever I go shopping. You can find almost any thing that you find in any high street stores for a much cheaper price. A pair of jeans from Topshop can cost £40 and a similar pair of jeans form Primark are only £20...but the quality of the fabrics used for Primark clothing is sometimes more easily worn away. For example the colour of jeans start to go lighter as you wear them but I still love Primark and I will still be shopping there, for jeans, sweaters, jewellery etc. I really love the Primark jewellery because it is amazing quality and very much like the jewellery in Topshop but again cheaper. I really recommend you go to Primark if you haven't already. I thank all the Primark's on this Earth!

I have noticed that primary have put the prices up on some of their clothes. But it is by far the cheapest clothes store in the UK. Value for money could be better but have had some good value clothes from primark. Been shopping there for years. They do some good deals on underwear and pajamas. Shoes could be cheaper. Coats, socks, tops and jeans are value for money and last quite a while. Again some items could be cheaper but over all can't complain. Its good value for what you pay. Stylish jewellery.

The price is good but the quality is not good. Normally, I bought socks, night-dress...that do not need style and high quality. However, I quite like kid clothes, it is cheap and style.

It's a great high street shop, the prices range where you are getting excellent value for product but I think there are some stuff that you do overpay for, according to season or current trends, I also think their nail polish range, Angelica isn't worth it's cost, I've got cheaper polishes that have stayed on longer than their brand (several shades, chipped by the end of the day). For your basics, tank tops, leggings, tights, socks etc it's great since they're all so cheap and good quality for their price. Their underwear range leaves a little to be desired, it's very hard to find bras DD+ that are good value, and even ones that are available in my size are never out, Asda is a better alternative for big busted girls looking for good value prices and obviously there's the more expensive options of LaSenza and Ann Summers, but Primark I've found to be useless in that respect. It's also important to note, the cheaper the shoes, generally the quicker they will wear. I got nice pumps from there before but they wore so fast I ended up having 3 done pairs over 4 months. But they were only £2 It's the luck of the draw when it comes to staff, I've been served by really nice friendly people who actually made me want to talk to them. I've got served by not exactly rude, but staff who have the attitude that they don't even want to be serving you and it makes you feel uncomfortable. Also actually getting served can take a very long time since the ques are so big. I'd prefer different bags to taking your products home, since if you're shopping and it rains obviously the bag'll break and your products will fall into the street.

Thought I would buy something to help the poor factory workers. Bought underwear in the largest size which does not fit and obviously cannot return. Uncomfortable material. Will not buy from again. Staff none too helpful.

After trolling the high st for a specific black pleated skirt, i heard primark had some. I've not shopped there for some years, but i knew what to expect (hey, a girl can hope right?!) Awful manners. Staff backbiting about customers. No smile, no hello. Can't blame the assistants, management should treat them better. Staff don't even know their own refund policy. (I had to ask as I am weary of their products) If you want to be ignored, primark is the place to be! As expected, the item became faulty within a week of purchase. Trust me people, primark is just not worth the hassle. The quality is just too poor. I strongly recommend spending that little bit more money on something that will last longer than a week.

I quite agree that Primark would be a bad option Ealing will derpesately miss Beales, a department store is never valued until it's gone! Ealing as a shopping area has been constantly downgraded over the years and looks set to continue down the same route for years to come.I'm not sure how Primark regenerate anything but their own profits

I have had shopped to primark many times, the quality of things is not really good but it is understandable you get what you pay for.. the main thing is the rush in a store and there isnt any security. things get lost in a store so easily, last week my partner lost her purse in store and the security camera's didnt even caught that which is really upseting us. We can cancel the cards but what about the cash amount? IF camera's arent able to find then whats the point of hanging them on wall? Primark should work on their security for the people shopping to make it safer.

Went to Primark in Glasgow today to find some clothes for my 17-month old son. Found the selection for children's clothing to be an absolute mess. Very difficult to find anything, but eventually found a few items. Noticed that there were 3 staff standing behind the 'Customer Service' desk doing nothing, so decided to pay there. Once I was at the desk the girl working behind the counter asked me if the items I had were returns. I said no. She said,'well you'll have to go to the cash desk. This is returns only'. I replied that there was no sign saying that, she wasn't doing anything anyway, and there's a cash till right in front of her, so what was the difference? She then looked at me with a scorn of such disgust, you'd think that I had just vomited on the counter in front of her. She then rudely scanned the items and threw them into a bag, which she thrust at me. Why would anyone go back to a store with such poor customer service? I think the staff at Primark have too many ideas above their stations.

me and my friend were very happy with our shop in primark yesterday mostly because one certain member of staff in the mens department called sophie, who was very plesant surved us with a smile and made us feel wecome. we didnt like when we went to coustermer servis and tried to take something back for being falty and they wouldnt take it back and change it after this we told are perents that they wouldn't and when they when up they changed it straigt away we were NOT very happy about that member of staff and how they treated children differently to older people. lack of respect. but other than that we spent fourty pund in you shop. ashliegh broadbent and megan spear.x

Ok you basically get what you pay for in there. Some of the stuff looks very wow but sometimes it wont last the weekend. Its very cheap, items often reduced to £1 or even 50p. The makeup dries up very quickly and if you buy something like shoes and wear them every day, don't expect them to last much more than a few months. I l;ike it because of convience really say I need something but cant afford to pay for good quality right a way, Primark is a great store for 'disposable' jackets, shoes whatever that look good and will last till I can afford better quality.

I work in Primark and I'm not sure which one you went to but we have at least 2 security guards in the building at all times. Cameras are always being watched for anyone looking suspicious also so I wouldn't judge that situation on all of the stores, very unfortunate it happened but it is that one store you should be highlighting
