My daughter ordered her prom dress and checked before paying £80.00 that she could get a refund or exchange sizes if necessary. She was told she would receive the dress on 15th June.She had a phone call from them saying the delivery date would now be 17th June. Her prom is tomorrow 23rd June. No sign of the dress and no responce to emails asking "where is my dress!" have had several frustrating live chats getting absolutely no where.
we have referred the matter to paypal and are keeping fingers crossed that we get our money back.
this company has created a huge amount of stress and frustration, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
