Superb, friendly, personal service

I don't particularly enjoy shopping but I needed a new outfit for an event I am attending next week. I went to the H&M store in the White Rose Centre in Leeds and was welcomed by an advisor. I told her what I was looking for and asked if someone could help me choose an outfit as I am not particularly good at matching clothes together.

He introduced me to another person who asked me about the type of event I am attending and how formal or casual I wanted to look. He picked out some clothes to check what I thought of them and then put together a selection for me to try in the fitting rooms.

Once I had the outfit we looked at shoes and a belt to go with it. Unfortunately we couldn't find the shoes and belt to compliment the outfit so rather than pushing me into buying the wrong shoes and belt, he suggested I try another store and told me exactly the style and colour of shoes I needed.

Absolute first class service and the first place I will go in the future when I am looking to buy more clothes.
