I've read other reviews saying that their things never come in on time or never at all. I'm sorry with their bad experience but, for me I've never had a problem with ordering online and my stuff always comes in between the dates given to me. I only order from h&m when there's a good deal or I see something that I didn't see in their store so, I don't always order online. I have though a handful of times and it's been perfectly fine. (As I said before)
