“Shockingly bad customer service”

Being a new online customer, I had a 10% discount code (plus others). At checkout put in the code and on an order for £123, I got £4 off. Immediately after checkout I emailed customer service with my reference numbers and codes. Had one brief reply saying form was blank and since then I've emailed them (getting acknowledgement "we will contact you within 72 hours" and that's it. I tried to phone them before my order was despatched, left on hold, as it was a chargeable phone line and then gave up. Finally, I printed off my emails a week ago and posted it to them. Still no reply. Dreadful service and I won't be shopping there again!
