I worked for the Leicestershire Stadar and I have never felt so disappointed in a company. I worked there for around nine months. I worked early mornings to work around me being able to then get my children up and ready for school. I had Perfect attendance, I had the key to open up the prestigious car show room where I was situated, I was reliable and met high standards. I enjoyed the actual work and really liked the two other ladies who worked there. I left because the only manager who I occasionally saw was rude and the whole interaction with the company felt unprofessional and it always felt apparent that we were just ‘ a number’ and very replaceable. One rude interaction with the manager one morning and I decided to leave. I remained professional, sent a resignation email, constructively stating my reasons for leaving and stated I would work my notice, which I did and in that time continued to be hard working and reliable. No one contacted me to follow up with my decision and that was my experience. This was last year. I recently decided to look for another job that would work with my family commitments and put Stadar down for a professional reference thinking that at least they would simply verify that I was hard working and reliable … declined twice and when my new company rang today to simply verify that I worked for them, they were rudely told that they had declined twice and for them to ‘figure it our for themselves’. This was the reason I finally decided to give them the review they deserve. I would not recommend this company for anyone.

Where do I start, firstly working for stadar seemed ok but then I started to see what management were really like. One of the managers (second in command not the main female) is lovely she is down to earth, kind and engages well with staff but the main female boss is unproffessional and a bit of a bully. I was called on the phone and accused of doing a review about stadar and threatened and screamed at.. it was not me this is not the way management should behave so it made me determined not to be pushed around and actually write a review for myself because I won't be threatened. I worked all through covid for them whilst others were furloughed with no gratitude or acknowledgement I worked hard and was far from lazy I did shifts for them in other places where they struggled to keep a cleaner due to their abhorrent attitudes. I went to work one day and one of the cars in the showroom batteries were leaking sulphur dioxide me and my colleagues were choking and feeling sick we rang the main female manager and she came and told us to continue working through it... our clients came on site and told us to leave immediately as it was dangerous and management asked us to go back in and pick equipment up even after our clients said it was dangerous... the md's were emailed by myself and said they cared about employees but ultimately sided with the female manager (they are family and band together) I have read the other reviews on here and agree fully the md's do hide behind the main female manager. I then had a carcrash a bad one dr signed me off for two weeks  the way I was treated over a sicknote was awful also personal tragedies were occurring in my life so it was the last thing I needed.  When I came back the main female manager who always does "inspections" gave me a lot of tickets ( bare in mind I am back at work recovering whiplash) some of which I disputed over the qc app next thing she is ringing me and shouting at me and had me in tears because I dared to dispute her she then made me feel my job was untenable and pushed me to hand in my notice. Some of these so called tickets half the time she makes them up I proved this because she said the tiles needed scrubbing but I didn't touch them and the next inspection I got full marks they expect ludicrous amounts of work done in a 2 hour timescale its just not feasible. I would never work here again they are rude, unproffessional and can be bullies (the main female manager.) I can guarantee half these good reviews are them trying to undermine all the genuine people who are fed up with the way they were/are bullied they did the same thing on another job review site. Overall their pay is poor they do not give bonuses, they do not respect you, they treat you like dirt, bully, chastize and chip at your self esteem this is not a company you would want to work for they do not care about their employees amd will band together (they are family) if you try to raise a dispute over your treatment. The real icing on the cake is once I left I quickly climbed to a supervisor position with another company due to my work ethic and efficiency and now feel appreciated as well as valued.

Great people, great team, great work!

They clean in the building I work in, they are so friendly, go the extra mile and the work is sooooooooooooo much better than the previous cleaning companies that we have trailed through.

Cant really beleive the standards! they say they set them selves apart with there quality beleive me they do.

could not find a fault at my apartment in leicester, the cleaning was fantastic.
