I hired the company for my new 5 bedrooms purchase as end of tenancy. The house was completely empty so easy job. They cleaned nothing. Everything was left as if they never turned up. When they arrived with over 1h delay they told me that they needed to go shopping to buy cleaning product. They arrived with no material. They charged me £619.5 which I am in dispute with my credit card company. I am hoping to get a full refund. Do not approach them. Else you’ll see your money go for nothing.

Man came very good professional and efficient. Did a good job. However when it came to saying that didn't want chairs doing and had agreed with man on phone that he could amend it on day. Subsequently denied!. Got very aggressive and unhelpful. Had no choice but to do the chairs. Still waiting for whole call transcript. Would not recommend to anyone and certainly won't use their cleaning services again based on my experience.

The company were paid c£250 for end of tenancy cleaning. There were many areas they missed including the oven, freezer, kitchen bin, sink and so on. As I said, they did not clean the INSIDE of the oven to an acceptable standard and independent inventory picked this up. On receipt of the inventory they returned to fix the problems but instead sprayed the OUTSIDE of the oven with oven cleaner and the new wooden floor (which looks like overspray) which stripped it of its varnish. I do not know whether this was on purpose or just incompetence but I am at a loss as to why the outside of the oven had spray all over it. So far, the company have refused reparation claiming that they said they wouldn't dismantle the oven as part of the service. However, the door did not need dismantling to clean the oven. The company has to be fully liable for all damages caused by their workers, for which there is clear evidence and photos. We have since asked for their insurance details, and will be taking further legal action.

Excellent response time to my query regarding carpet cleaning on my stairs, landing and one small box room and the woman who called me back was helpful and friendly. Booking was fast and straight forward and they turned up when they said they would, this is where they get my 2* rating from. I had explained over the phone of some staining on the carpet from my dog licking his feet and the website specifically says they specialise in staining. We went for the extra pre treatment just to be sure, as recommended by the woman we spoke to on the phone. When the guy turned up he doubted he could get it all out as it went quite deep but should be able to get most of it out and we were happy with that...he got none. The carpet looks no different to how it did before he arrived. In under an hour he was out of the door. We commented on how wet the carpet was and we were surprised as the website also says they suck out most of the water leaving the carpet “dry in no time at all” we commented on the wetness and he told us it would be dry in a couple of hours. We are now at 16 hours later it is still saturated!! Due to how wet the carpet was we hadn’t been up to look until now and freshly painted walls have been left with marks and white residue all over them. Corners of newly painted walls have had all the paint chipped off as have several areas of the newly painted bannisters. Will update this review once They’ve responded to my email but at this stage would not recommend.

I’m speechless when I saw my oven after the dip tank cleaning. I should’ve known Perfect Clean before to save myself from all the hassle as pastry chef I should say that oven cleaning service is a huge help for us. I will be recommending them for sure

Even though our cleaner was booked for the morning, the company overbooked her and she ended up coming to clean at 17.00 leaving at 20.00 or not turning up at all. The company offered us a new cleaner which has not cleaned, but created a mess. Had to re-clean the house myself. Very poor services and management of the cleaners. Complete waste of money. We stopped using them.

Didn't deliver works as per the required instructions as initially agreed. Didn't complete the cleaning to the standard as requested/discussed Didn't advise the customer of the extra time needed to complete the works in full on the day (despite the client requesting this as she knew she was away) Cleaner turned up 45mins late without even calling ahead Waited till over two weeks to advise that customer needs to be present on second visit to inspect Couldn't deliver to a time slot that suits the customer to make up the extra time that wasn't delivered on first visit When advising what dates I am available to complete inspection advise that I may need to pay for extra time due to time lapsed. Only offer you have made to accommodate for all this is for an £8.00 refund.

We used this company for a regular domestic clean, once every two weeks. The cleaner was paid by the hour, and Perfect Clean take a management payment monthly. After using them for a few months, we found that the cleaner was only doing a maximum of 2 hours 15 minutes, but taking the money for a full three hours. The company assured us this was very unusual, had never happened to them before and assigned us a new cleaner. On only the second clean with the new cleaner, she was caught doing exactly the same thing. I felt unable to trust them with keys to my house, and we terminated the service immediately. There was no apology for any of this. I feel they are an unprofessional company who will get away with whatever they are able to.

I booked two cleaners from Perfect Clean to come and do a 4-hour post-party clean up at our home in September, six weeks in advance of a small but very special event. They quoted me £180, including cleaning products, which I thought was a lot but also seemed fair as post-party jobs can be messy. They were due to arrive at 9am that morning. At 9.30am there was still no sign of them. At 9.35am I got a call from the agency, saying they wouldn't be coming. They said one of the cleaners was ill. They didn't explain why the other one couldn't come, and they didn't sound the slightest bit sorry. I was too surprised (and hungover) to press the issue, and I also understood that, hey, people do fall ill. I said I hoped she was alright. But they weren't even vaguely bothered that they were pulling out of a contract we'd arranged over a month in advance, after the time they were meant to start, and without even attempting to make up for it. They made zero effort to stick to the contract we'd agreed and were laughing as they hung up. It was truly shoddy service. Avoid.

We arranged for perfect clean to do a full check out clean when we moved out of our flat. It was a modern three bed flat, very easy to clean in a good condition. We ordered them the morning of the check out. We probably should have checked once they had left but assumed it would be clean given they specialise in check out cleaning. When we got the check out report back we were charged £75 for further cleaning of the oven and sink which were not in an acceptable state, looking at the photos on the report there was still grease marks on the cooker even though it had supposedly been professionally cleaned. After paying over £300 for a flat to be professionally cleaned we felt it was unacceptable that it was not in a clean state. We contacted perfect clean about this and all they could offer was to redo the job. Obviously as we had already moved out this was not possible, which seems fairly obvious since they were doing a check out clean. We will not be using this company again and would advise anyone not wanting to have to pay twice for cleaning to not use this company for check out cleaning

The lady on the phone had a poor phone manner, no courtesy, and only after pointing out they were 50 min late to start did she acknowledge and apologise. Then they felt the job was too much for them! After a few photos and 'not fancying' some old fashioned cleaning, the office advised they could not clean the small flat. Very unprofessional and definitely one to avoid. Having worked with industrious cleaners before, it is easy to spot workshy companies.

I supervised the work for a friend and could not believe the way the cleaners carried out the work. If it had been my house I'd have asked them to leave. The oven was cleaned only superficially and they would not move little furniture, they just cleaned around it. My friend has also told me that no matter how many hours they work they still charge you for the booked time. If I had known it I would have ensured they worked until they should have maybe the cleaning could have been better. Also it was not very easy to communicate with the cleaners as their English was extremely poor, just like their cleaning skills.

I was very happy with the cleaner that came to clean my flat. She was very pleasent to deal with, took a great deal of care not to damage anything with cleaning produts, was extremely thorough and did an overall fantastic job. I would definitly use this company again.

I’ve found Perfect Clean Ltd through Google as I was not happy with a local carpet cleaning service I used last year. I was not sure how it would go but I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning to the end. I got the quote on the same day and the cleaning was organised on the day and at the exact time I wanted it. Office staff were as polite and efficient as the cleaner they sent. Everything went smoothly and my husband agreed that both large rugs looked great although one of them was initially in such a state that I pondered buying a new one. I would definitely recommend Perfect Clean to anyone who wants hassle-free carpet cleaning. They even sent us reminder emails and phoned one hour before the slot so we could tell them that our intercom is not working.

I have been using Perfect Cleaning for weekly cleans and just recently for a pre-tenancy clean. The cleaners are incredibly hard working and very polite. I have found the whole set up extremely convenient whether it be over the phone or email - there is always a quick response. I highly recommend Perfect Cleaning!

The customer service is quite poor. They initially told me that the carpet cleaning was happening after the 3 hours of cleaning booked with them, but this didn't happen. What happened is that the cleaner and the carpet cleaner worked for a TOTAL of 3 hours, while I paid 3 hours of cleaning + the carpet cleaner. When I phoned them, they told me they never said the carpet cleaner was coming after the cleaner finished and when I insisted that's what they told me, they asked me if I had an email proving it ( of course I didn't). They then explained me that during the 45 minutes the carpet was being cleaned, the other cleaned worked in the bathroom. This sounded quite ridiculous to me since the bathroom is so small (and no windows) that nobody could actually spent 45 minutes in it. I asked them to have an email confirming it and they told me this is not the procedure ( so I cannot have any proof :D). I didn't mind paying for the full service even if it's more expensive than other cleaning services, but I was expecting them to clean for the time I've paid for.

Have you had any luck? Going through the same thing at the moment however we received notification from the courts to say that the company has apparently gone into liquidation. After further calls, we found them still in operation. If you meet this same thing, do not give up!
If you have any contact details further then what is on website, please can you share, we are struggling to get our money back.
