Molly maid Wimbledon - worst cleaning I've ever had.

Dust cottons left throughout, limescale, sink and bathroom sink were not (if at all) properly cleaned/disinfected.
They left 15 minutes earlier than they should have (13:05 to 14:19), which means we've paid 30 minutes of work than wasn't done.
One would have expected not only that they continue working on the rest of the house, but that at least they finish a bit more thoroughly what they roughly did.

If it's a question of wipping, I don't think we need paid professional cleaners to do it, we can do it ourselves.

Not to mention that I had to be behind them while they were there to call them out on a few tasks that I was able to check on and that were really poorly executed (tasks as basic as dust and hoovering).

Complained to get their satisfaction guaranteed actioned.

The owner told me that they wouldn't get anyone back the same week but would just refund, as I seemed crossed by their level of service and she didn't like my tone of voice and I would never be happy with their service anyway.
On that she was probably right as it was the second time we were complaining.

Then she hung up on my face.

Never came across anything like it, just LOL. What a joke, especially when they are so expensive. Not only you would expect a good to excellent level of service performed, but also a good customer service. Not only they didn't stay the full time, but it was for sure the worst cleaning I've ever seen.

I do NOT recommend.
