After not keeping up with my house work I treated myself to a full spring clean. Lady came round and quoted me £415 for a full spring clean top to bottom and kitchen cupboards all cleaned
I left the cleaners to it and returned end of day
No kitchen cupboards cleaned, no cooker hood cleaned, broken bed, dead flies on window sill, dust and cobwebs remaining, mirrors and windows smeared and a lot more
After a complaint I was told they would return but I waited and they did not come
I was then told I liared about the broken bed and should have paid more for the clean and they attempted parts of the clean had been missed
I asked for a refund and was offered £100
Totally disappointed and added to my stress instead of taking it away
Will ever use or recommend again for a company that told me they were a premium service
Shocking service
