Booked a oven clean service and received text message at 17.00 evening before claiming all was OK and booked for next morning

Received a text about 2 hours before clean was due saying they had to cancel and they had tried to contact us previous day.

Of course 2 hours before appointment meant that I had already booked the morning off work with no pay.

They did send a confusing text the day before but that was about 5 hours before the final confirmation text was sent, so obviously we assumed all was still booked OK.

They then claim the final confirmation text was an automatic text sent out to all customers. As if we the customer can tell the difference between a automatic text and one sent by a human !!!!

When asked who was going to pay for lost wages they simply offered £5 of next clean and later increased this to £10.

But of course cleaning could not happen for several days.

I do not know who they are, whether they are a big or small company but certainly are giving Mickey Mouse a run for his money.

Take my advice - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't trust these cleaners!  They come and take your money and

Shoot off without doing a thing.

Worst company ever.

I booked them and came 4 hous late.

When I rang to ask where the cleaners were they shouted at me!

Cleaning was poor and they denied to clean again

The two persons who came to clean spent little over 4 hrs - was charged enormously high price with substandard cleaning. The carpet steam cleaner they claimed is not a proper RUG CLEANER - it was just an ordinary equipment. Not all corners and bathrooms cleaned properly. When sent pictures, they started saying 48hrs story and then promised to call back which they never did. Absolute cheaters. AVOID THEM - if I would have read the reviews earlier I would have been saved. Hope others don't fall into the same trap.

They did not even clean the window frames, not outside.

This company are a complete scheme.. We paid for 8 hours of cleaning and our house was not even vacuumed.. I honestly could not tell if they had been there or not.. No cleaning products had been used.. It didn't look or smell clean..When I called to complain I was told that the cleaners had spent 8 hours there which is a complete lie! They said there were "a lot of personal items in the house" which made it hard to clean.. It is our home so I'm not sure what we were expected to do with our personal items.. Surely all homes have personal items..

A complete rip off.. This company is dishonest and should not be able to continue to deceive people.

On phone promised to spend 8-9 hrs and in reality spent only 2 hrs.

Declined cleaning windows. Used simple machine for carpet cleaning and promised something else.

!! Damaged my fridge.

When I wrote a complaint, they said you have passed the 48 hr window so we cannot help you.

Completely hopeless. Please stay away.
