every time I call they promise to resolve problem then.. no reply. really fed up with them. if it comes to insurance they claim on their website I would like to read it. nobody bothers. It will be always cleaner' fault/liability but they claim it is not their fault it is cleaner. Cleaner is not insured and on benefits so waste of time. They take money for what?

Their cleaners are not very efficient. My biggest gripe is they advertise they are fully insured. Their cleaner broke my light, hid it and now I have been told I have to claim through my household insurance not theirs. Awful company, I am reporting them to trading standards as well.

They get you to pay up front and then fail to deliver a cleaner. Left waiting for 2 weeks and got nowhere. Eventually got a refund but it is still a complete joke, do not waste your precious time with these amateurs.

I've been using cleanclear.co.uk for since christmas to clean my 2 bedroom flat once a week. They are a cleaning agency so they provide self employed cleaners and charge a monthly fee for finding a cleaner, offering replacement cleaners and insurance for the cleaner.

After booking with them I received an email saying that it would take up to 5 working days to find a cleaner. I wasn't in a great rush but was surprised to get a call later the same day to say that they'd found a cleaner who would be able to do the days I requested.

My cleaner was a young Polish woman, I never had a cleaner before but I dont know how I'd manage without one now. She always does what I ask her to do and my house is spotless when she has finished her weekly clean.

I've only had to deal directly with the agency a few times in the past few month but I can't complain about the customer service. They respond to emails quickly and always seem keen to help.

Great service - staff really helpful

I have given this company far too many opportunities to get their act together and have had something like 12 cleaners from them over the past 3 years. I finally cancelled yesterday when my new cleaner told me that she had lost my house keys that I had given her. This is obviously a huge security risk and yet both the cleaner and the company are refusing to pay for new locks on my door. According to the company the liability lies with the cleaner. When the cleaners did turn up on time which was under 25% of the time, the work done was very poor. Never ever use this company.

Truly horrific service. We had a cleaner for 3 weeks and then no one for a month. No calls to let us know the cleaner wouldn't come, no replacement as website promises. When cleaner was here standard was awful. Customer service us beyond bad - would love to know who owns this company. It's rubbish!

We decided to get a new cleaner, so we searched the Internet and found this company who provide domestic cleaning services in London. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to finds suitable cleaner who was available when we needed them, so as 2 hard working industry professionals we were looking forward to the visit that would help to ease the burden of keeping on top of the flat.

We'd got the confirmation email, cleaners name and phone number.

Whem the time came we were disappointed to not only find the cleaner didn't arrive, but when we contacted her we were treated very poorly. This was a very upsetting experience for my partner who had put so much effort in to finding a suitable service provider.

Our recommendation is that if you need a reliable cleaner, look elsewhere.
