AVOID AT ALL COST

Booked end of tenancy cleaning with Citi Clean. 2 cleaning ladies showed up with a trolley, no Hoover or mop. When I returned to the flat to do a check, I could see they had done a terrible job. They had also stolen my new mop and a brand new mattress topper (!?) I took photos and documented everything - the kitchen fan had not been cleaned, the fridge was filthy, shelves had not been cleaned etc. (the list was long) and sent it to citi clean to get them to redo the job according to the 24 hour policy they have. They did not return my emails or pick up the phone for over a day. When a man finally picked up the phone and I explained the situation saying it was urgent as we would have to hand over the keys the next day he said something rude and hung up in my ear. They were meant to send an invoice for the clean which they didn't do either, so no proof. Me and my partner had to do the job ourselves, after we paid citi clean good money to do the job. They basically robbed us. Don't let it happen to you - AVOID CITI CLEAN
